Class Cancellation Policy

Classes require a 24-hour cancellation notice and Privates and Semi-Privates require a 12-hour cancellation notice. If you do not cancel in advance you will be automatically charged for the class or session. There is a $10 charge for the Two-week Unlimited special.  All other classes are charged the full class price. If you late cancel and someone from the wait-list gets your spot, you are still charged for the late cancel. To cancel a class you may cancel online, phone the studio or send an email to [email protected]. Sorry no exceptions.
